Pure care for Children

ECSEMA IS A REAL PROBLEM THESE DAYS

TIPUse shea for children with Eczema after bath and before bed time rub shea butter all over the child. This will help them sleep as it will ease the itching and start to heal the irritated skin. This is a wonderful bonding time too

DID YOU KNOWThatecsema sufferes should never scratch their itching skin (easy to say I know) but here is why- because it poduces more anti hystemines and then more itching will occur. Constant scrlatching therefore will cause damage to the skin make it crack even bleed and ultimately less able to protect itself.

We have a new improved formulation for ourAMAZINGbody. now with MARULA OIL, BOABAB OIL, AND JOJOBA

AMAZINGBODY OIL

This oil blend is called Amazing for a reason it has a blend of oils that altogether create a powerful anti-aging , nourishing and protective body and sun ‘cream’. Many of the oils are also toning and firming for the skin. Shea butter is already highly revered by us for its healing properties (see our website) Here we look at a few of the other ingredients and their benefits

How is Shea Made

W
How is it Made

The Process of making shea butter is long and arduous. This is a simplified but complete explanation. The women of the co-operative, who work hard to make it, would probably laugh a little at our simplistic explanation.
The Shea Karite tree - "Tree of Life"*

After harvesting the nuts are shelled, this takes some time, then gently they are crushed to a fine grain. They are prepared for boiling underlow heat. The boiling starts the extraction process.

Water everywhere but better to drink it

DID YOU KNOW That the main ingredients in many skin care products is WATER (Aqua), sometimes up to 70%. Its used to make it easier to blend the various ingredients. But high quantities of water is unnecessary. Even when the ingredients are natural they can consist of mainly water - watch out for the water being the first listed ingredient. Water is good for the skin but not as a moisturiser as it evaporate in seconds after applying it to the body. Drink it instead!

Helping to reduce or eliminate scalp dryness or irritation: this is especially important for those who use chemicals and coloring for their hair

Restoring shine and naturally occurring oils to the hair
